Producing Essentials Workshop

Producing is a big job, running the gamut from funding applications to hiring to insurance, plus the creative work of bringing ideas to life. It’s also a role that offers infinite variety and constant new challenges.

This workshop by Heather Rose of Rose Producing will break down the role and responsibilities of a producer from project planning to final reporting. This will include thinking about audiences, financial planning, and communications. There will also be a chance to connect and network with other artists over a cup of tea or coffee, or to have a 1-2-1 consultation with Heather.

This event is suitable for self-producing artists or emerging producers working in the performing arts (including theatre, dance, music, spoken word, circus & more).
