- The Linenhall team reserves the right to refuse applications for hire should the purpose for hiring be deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, or contrary to our creative vision.
- The Linenhall requires that you hold your own public liability insurance and requires indemnity against all risks. A copy of your policy will be required prior to the event.
- We are a small team and a charitable organisation and we will cater to your requirements to the best of our ability. Please let us know your requirements at least one month in advance of your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Spaces for hire
The theatre is a very flexible performing space that can be adapted to the requirements of the performers. In its most formal arrangement it has a seating capacity of 144 but seating layouts can vary depending on the nature of the event. Seating can be completely removed for an additional cost on hires.
Either space can be hired outside of our normal opening hours and costs vary depending on day and time of event. Both spaces have the option of being set up for meetings, interviews, or smaller events and we will be happy to work with you.
The Linenhall Arts Centre’s Community Arts Room is designed as an arts workshop space but can be used for regular workshops and meetings.
