Terms and Conditions

By attending this/these event(s) you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Tickets purchased online should be collected at box-office no later than 15 minutes prior to performance.
2. Tickets may be cancelled up to twenty-four hours before the performance without incurring any penalty. Tickets cancelled after this time must be paid for in full.
3. Online donations cannot be refunded without a written request (must be received within 14 days of event cancellation refund).
4. Workshops may be cancelled up to the date payment is due; full payment is required thereafter.
5. Concessions are available for students in full-time education. Third-level students must show valid student card at box office.
6. Concessions are available to people aged 65 and over. Proof of age must be shown at box office.
7. Concessions are available to unwaged with valid, current ID.
8. The Linenhall Arts Centre reserves the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.
9. Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of Linenhall Arts Centre staff and at an appropriate interval.
10. Management reserves the right to make essential changes to the cast or programme without prior notice.
11. Ticketholders enter the venue at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property. The Linenhall Arts Centre accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.
12. Food may not be consumed in the auditorium.
13. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased online is 9.
14. Linenhall Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
15. Please call box office on 094 9023733 for group bookings or if you have specific seating requests, require wheelchair places, and for events where on-line booking is not available.
16. Unless otherwise indicated, all graphics, logos and commercial markings are registered trademarks. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to or distribution of materials, without prior written consent.
17. Education events may from time to time be photographed and filmed in the Linenhall Arts Centre for funding, documentation and promotion purposes. We respect your privacy and will always ask you if it's ok that we film/photograph you and the children with you. Please let us know at the time if you don't want to be filmed/photographed and we will give you and/or your group some identifying bands to alert our filmmakers/photographers.
18. The Linenhall Arts Centre reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
