At The Linenhall Arts Centre we greatly encourage and promote access for all.
All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult and have a valid ticket. Due to fire regulations, all children attending a ticketed event must be in possession of a ticket, even if they do not occupy a seat. Everybody, no matter how small, needs a ticket so your baby will also need one. The ticket is complimentary on certain shows and subject to availability. Please advise our box office at time of booking.
Please respect age ranges when booking, as performances are designed specifically for different age groups.
We would kindly ask that, should your child become restless or upset and cause a disturbance, you be mindful of other audience members and exit the auditorium to the nearest exit. Once your child is settled you are welcome to re-enter the auditorium but must be allowed entry by a member of the Linenhall Arts Centre staff to ensure there is minimal disturbance to other audience members or the acts/actors on stage.
When your child is dropped off for a workshop it is essential that the workshop facilitator is given a name and contact number to be used in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Many workshops are age specific and we would ask you to respect these guidelines for the benefit of your child and the other participants.
For details on schools booking please visit the Schools Booking page of our website.
Please ensure that old loose comfortable clothing is worn, as exploring a range of media can often be messy but is an intrinsic part of the whole workshop experience.
We carry out evaluations on our workshops so if you are asked to fill in a questionnaire we would really appreciate you doing so. We know it can sometimes be tedious but it helps us provide you with the best possible service.
Reservations can be made on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on the event and/or workshop in question.
