Call for Expressions of Interest 2016/ 1916 Centenary Exhibition - Kathleen Lynn; Insider on the Outside

Mayo Collaborative will hold a collaborative exhibition in response to the life and achievement of Kathleen Lynn, feminist, socialist, republican, medical doctor and Mayo woman to mark the centenary of the 1916 Easter Rising, in which she played a prominent part. The exhibition, curated by Catherine Marshall and supported by the Arts Council and Mayo County Council, will be made up of a number of solo and group exhibitions by artists gathered together through invitation and open submission.

Bealtaine showcases the talents and creativity of both first-time and professional older artists, as well as giving a chance for the novice to discover a talent until then unseen.
