Neva Elliott Host Artist's Talk
Creator of 'How to create a fallstreak' presents a walking tour of her latest exhibition in the Linenhall Gallery.
Neva Elliott is an artist and writer based in Dublin. With an MA from Central Saint Martin’s, London, Elliott has exhibited in Ireland and worldwide, including the Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin, VISUAL Centre for Contemporary Art, Carlow, National Gallery of Ireland and The South African National Gallery. She has also curated, spoken and written on art practice. After ten years as CEO of Crash Ensemble, Ireland’s leading contemporary music group, Elliott returned to her art practice in 2021. Recently she was made an Irish Hospice Foundation signature artist and commissioned by Crash Ensemble to write a creative narrative for spoken word, which she performed with the group for their 25th anniversary in December 2022.
Neva's talk is open to all, including creatives in any artform, at all levels of skill and experience. Elliott will elaborate on the exhibition How to create a Fallstreak and her practice s an artist. Neva’s exhibition will be open from 11 am and artist talk attendees are welcome to attend the exhibition’s official opening at 2 pm.
