Forhalla Group Show launch!
The Connaught based artists group show kicks off in the Linenhall foyer!
On Fri 7 July at 6pm, the Linenhall proudly launches Forhalla, a group show of artists either from or living in Connaught.
Artists invited to submit via our open call will now be showcasing their work in the Linenhall foyer from Fri 7 July to Sat 2 Sept. Launching at 6pm, Fri 7 July with opening speech by the Linenhall's executive director Bernadette Greenan, Forhalla is a celebration of and platform for regional artistic talent.
Created with the intention of highlighting homegrown talent, Forhalla (as Gaeilge for the word 'foyer') is an exhibition of 125 artworks of artists who work in paint, photography and mixed media. Forhalla aims to invite artists of all levels and all stages of their career to participate in our vibrant, local creative community.
The majority of the artworks are for sale so we invite the general public to visit and see if something particularly special doesn't catch your eye!
