The Linenhall programmes a broad range of workshops for children and adults. Places are limited on each workshop and booking is essential.
Booking Office Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 10.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday 11.00am – 5.30pm
The Linenhall accepts bookings in person, by phone, or by post. Call in to the Linenhall during office hours and we will happily book a place for you. Or phone us on 094 9023733 and let us know what you wish to attend. You can also write to us and tell us the workshop you or your children would like to attend but please include a day-time phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
Payment
Payment must be made in full in advance of the workshop. On booking you will be informed of the date on which your payment is due.
Cancellation
Workshops may be cancelled up to the date when payment is due. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded.
Guidelines for attending workshops
Please ensure that old loose comfortable clothing is worn, as exploring a range of media can often be messy but is an intrinsic part of the whole workshop experience.
We carry out evaluations on all our workshops so if you are asked to fill in a questionnaire we would really appreciate you doing so. We know it can sometimes be tedious but it does help us provide you with the very best service.
We regularly document workshops by photographing the work in progress. We sometimes use a selection of these images as publicity for forthcoming programme. If you would not like images of yourself or your children used in this way, please let us know prior to the commencement of the workshop and we will happily comply with your wishes.
Specifically for Children's Workshops
When your child is dropped off for a workshop it is essential that the workshop facilitator is given a name and contact number to be used in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Many workshops are age specific and we would ask you to respect these guidelines for the benefit of your child and all the other participants.
