Terms and Conditions - Memberships
Standard Memberships
- Membership duration runs for the calendar year and runs until 31 Dec of the year you sign up.
- ‘Season’ refers to the Linenhall Membership Brochure which runs three times annually – Jan to April, May to Aug and Sept to Dec.
- Discounts are only offered on production of a Linenhall Membership Keyring at point of sale.
- Membership discounts do not apply to tickets already purchased and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ticket offer or concession. (1/2 hour before show time and intervals).
- Level 2 Membership discounts only apply during showtimes.
- Level 2 Free Tickets apply to shows selected by the Linenhall Director and the list will be made available when the season brochure is released.
- Level 4 Free Tickets are limited per show and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Level 2 and Level 4 Free Tickets are available as a set of two for one show or one ticket over two shows.
- Free Tickets for any Membership Level is available from 1 Jan of the year assigned to Membership.
- Discounts can be applied from the date of sign-up i.e. anyone who signs up in Dec for the following year can avail of discounts and concession rates from the date they sign up.
- The free tickets option may not be available on some shows such as private hires and amateur event. Please check with the Linenhall Box Office at time of booking.
- All discounts and benefits are subject to availability.
- All discounts and benefits do not apply to shows which are already heavily discounted including children’s and family shows.
- Use of the Linenhall Membership by any person other than the member is not permitted and may result in cancellation of the membership and all discounts.
- Linenhall Arts Centre reserves the right to terminate membership without redress, should there be any reason to suspect abuse of membership discounts.
- The Membership scheme will remain the property of the Linenhall Arts Centre and may be amended at its discretion.
Corporate Memberships
- Level 1 Corporate Memberships are only available for companies of 20 or less employees.
- Corporate Membership employees must hold a Linenhall Membership Keyring in order to avail of discounts at point of sale.
- Use of the Linenhall Membership by any person other than the employee is not permitted and may result in cancellation of the membership and all discounts.
- All discounts and benefits do not apply to shows which are already heavily discounted including children’s and family shows.
- The Corporate Friends Board acknowledging Memberships will be updated bi-annually at which point new Memberships Corporate Logos will be added.
- Advertising space is limited in our print programme and Level 3 and Level 4 Memberships availing of advertising opportunities will be dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Spaces for hire include the Linenhall Coffee Shop, Theatre, Foyer and Community Arts Room. Times and rental rates vary and will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Rentals will be negotiated around the opening times of the Linenhall and availability of space. Flexibility by both parties will be required.
